interim

hi everyone

so i haven't stuck to my promise of more regular updates to the blog. i apologise for this, it makes me a bit stressed to know i'm letting down my dedicated readers. i am working on my next update, so i'm afraid you'll just have to wait for a bit longer. things have been busy with the work we're doing. we're now in paso robles, just north of san luis obispo and los angeles - saturday my visa waiver runs out so we'll be back in mexico.

so you are probably all wondering how can you get birthday presents to me for november 25th. well, you can send them to my address in halifax if you like as i will be coming home for christmas in mid december. this is very exciting as i haven't seen the pickles family for a year and a half. normally we celebrate christmas by wearing silly hats. i'm not sure how this tradition came about, but we like it and we will be sticking with it. bert will be coming too which is also very exciting, especially as he has a very unsilly cowboy hat which will put our other hats to shame.
