your hands must all be hurting from hanging on to that cliff edge of suspense wondering what has happened to me these last few weeks... here is a taster of what is to come when i have time to write the next blog update which should be within the next week:
8 days in a tent and on a bike! rehabilitating on the beach! non-existent flamingoes! a swiss man! sharks that were really dolphins! cheese hands! an injection! ants invading! the most beautiful waterfall in the world! the craziest coincidental meeting of some cyclists ever! a dog that looked like a bear! a pizza! a poco loco border crossing! a missed bus! AND MORE!
ok enough exclamation marks for now. am currently in xela (quetzaltenango) in west guatemala, where it is cold and mountainous and beautiful and me and bert are going to find some food after a long day of driving. tomorrow we head to antigua (in guatemala, not the caribbean island). i hope i haven´t lost all my blog readers in the meantime. more very soon. xx
